As all of you in the Washington Metro area know, we have had some epic snow over the past few months. Since we've had the hottest decade on record and the world is getting warmer, one might think that these epic snowstorms would be a thing of the past, right?
Well, the term "global warming" doesn't properly name this phenomenon that we are dealing with. Personally, I think it should be called "global weirdness". Some places around the globe are warmer, others are colder, some dryer, some waterlogged. The impact doesn't occur evenly throughout the world.
